How the refund works
Once shipped: Once your case is approved and your medication has been prepared and shipped, the bundle payment is earned in full; compounded, patient-specific medication cannot be restocked or resold, so shipped bundles are not refundable except as required by law or where the product arrives damaged or unusable.
No guarantee of approval: Paying for a bundle does not purchase a prescription or any particular outcome. A licensed clinician will review your health information and independently decide whether the requested treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
